PROFILE: Vivienne joined Dillon Eustace in 1997 to establish the Company Secretarial Department. She became an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 1986 and attained her Fellowship in 1996.

Vivienne has extensive knowledge of all aspects of a company secretarial nature and oversees the company secretarial functions for a wide range of companies including a large number of UCITS and non-UCITS investment companies, private limited companies, unlimited companies and companies limited by guarantee.
