PROFILE: Tom joined Dillon Eustace in 2004 and became a partner in 2007.  Tom is a former legal adviser to Ireland’s telecommunications and pension regulators with broad experience in providing focused regulatory and commercial law advice to clients across several sectors. Tom has lectured and published broadly on EU commercial law matters.  

REPRESENTATIVE TRANSACTIONS:  

• Advises on EU and Irish competition law compliance and enforcement issues.
• Preparing complaints to the EU Commission on behalf of an Irish health insurance provider and a leading European telecommunications operator.
• Advises EU based clients on the distribution of products and services in non-EU countries.
• Advises Ireland’s first mobile virtual network operator on legal and regulatory matters.
