PROFILE: Tara joined Dillon Eustace in 2001 as Head of Investment Funds Listing.  She advises funds on a wide range of issues relating to listing applications on the Irish Stock Exchange, and the ongoing obligations applicable to listed entities. She has particular expertise in the area of hedge funds and EU directives relating to listed securities.

REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS: 

• Listing a range of alternative strategy funds for Lyxor Asset Managemen
• Advises international clients including, Societe Generale, Barings, LGT, LGIM, AXA, GAM, Coronation, Yuki, AIG Inc., Barclays, Gazprombank, Morgan Stanley, UBS AG, Walmart
• Assisting clients with the implications of the Prospectus, Market Abuse and Transparency Directives
