work and pre-publication advice. He has been involved in many of Ireland’s most notable defence cases in recent years. 

REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS: 

• Acting for insurers in the landmark Packenham –v- Irish Ferries case, halting awards in hundreds of asbestosis fear claims
• Successfully defending the Star Newspaper Group in the cases of Alan and Wayne Bradley v Independent Star Limited, Mandy Johnston v Independent Star Limited, and Ian Bailey v Independent Star Limited.
