PROFILE: Lorna joined Dillon Eustace in 1998 and became a partner in 2001. Lorna advises on general insurance related matters and has conducted litigation on behalf of national and international corporations.  She acts for international and national insurers dealing with a broad range of matters including coverage issues, defending personal injury and fatality claims together with product liability issues.

• Advises manufacturers in relation to heavy machinery and plant.
• Advises insurers on a major product liability claim in relation to cranes.
• Defending insurers in quadriplegic and paraplegic personal injury claims.
• Advises Insurers on European Law issues relative to the Motor Insurance Bureau of Ireland Agreement.
• Dealing with Industrial Disease claims.
