PROFILE:  Karen joined Dillon Eustace in 1999 and has been a partner since 2005.  She acts for domestic and international financial institutions with emphasis on investment funds, corporate banking and the regulation of investment business firms

REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS:  

• Advises on the establishment and authorisation of a number of investment funds including UCITS, hedge funds and other funds.
• Advises international clients including, BNY Mellon and Société Générale. 
• Advises a syndicate of lenders providing almost €2 billion of acquisition finance.
• Advises a leading European bank on a €54 million credit facility provided to an international group of companies
• Acting for an Irish company borrowing to acquire a portfolio of commercial property in Germany.
