PROFILE: Etain joined Dillon Eustace in 2001 and has been a partner since 2006. Her practice is primarily in the area of investment funds with a particular emphasis on alternative investment and related custody, administration and brokerage services. Etain has worked on secondment with the global securities services division of a leading international investment bank in London.  Etain currently heads up Dillon Eustace’s Cork office.

REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS: 

• Advises in respect of the provision of brokerage services to UCITS schemes employing 130/30 absolute return strategies. 
• Advises in respect of standalone structured financing arrangements for fund of fund schemes.
