PROFILE: Andrew is the Head of the Financial Services Department, current Council Member of Irish Funds Industry Association, regular speaker on funds related topics as well as author of numerous articles/contributor to industry publications. Andrew has recently worked on issues including side pockets, UCITS eligible assets, and private company offers of securities. Andrew sits on the boards of several investment fund platforms, life insurers and asset managers.

• Advises UK asset manager on the establishment of UCITS, QIF F of HF and CCF platforms.
• Advises Italian group on conversion of UCITS multi manager to F of F platform.
• Advises UK asset manager on Asian real estate fund.
• Advises French asset manager on QIF master feeder using Cayman master as well as advising Spanish bankruptcy trustees on liquidation of Irish captive insurer.
• Advises European bancassurer on cross border outsourcing of life insurance TPA services.
