In July 2009 Dillon Eustace advised the US medical devices group Lake Region in the acquisition of Brivant Limited, the Galway-based medical devices company. As a result of the transaction Lake Region now employs approximately 800 people in Ireland. The team at Dillon Eustace was led by Keith Smyth, partner in the Corporate and M&A department.
