Trainee Solicitors

The firm’s future development is closely linked to its program for hiring and developing trainees. Many of the partners of the firm have started as trainees with us, a clear sign of the opportunities available for those who are looking to develop with the firm.

As part of a trainee’s experience with Dillon Eustace, he or she will benefit from a structured operating program, a more loose mentoring program, rotations through our various practice areas and for those who excel, secondment opportunities are often available. For example, we currently have secondees (both final year trainees and newly qualified solicitors) with client companies in Philadelphia, Paris, Dublin and recently in New York and London. Additionally, there are opportunities to work in Luxembourg with our alliance partner Arendt & Medernach on a regular basis.

Trainees are exposed during their period of training with us to high quality work with an approach of rolling up our sleeves and getting involved.
