In 2000, Dillon Eustace and Arendt & Medernach entered into a strategic alliance to establish the first cross border legal co-operation between the two jurisdictions of Ireland and Luxembourg, combining their investment funds divisions to establish one of the leading fund management practices acting globally.

Luxembourg and Dublin are the two pre-eminent European jurisdictions for cross border investment funds traditionally, but our alliance is bucking the trend with our more enlightened approach to cross border financial services.

The allied firms rank n°1 in their respective countries in the investment funds area according to the latest edition of the key industry report Lipper International and are the first to offer a unified legal service covering both jurisdictions.
