Dillon Eustace is currently acting for one of the consortia who has pre-qualified for a major rail infrastructure project falling within the Transport 21 initiative and has previously acted for the Cumann Luais Chuar Bhothair Liumnigh Consortium comprised of Bouygues Travaux Publics, DTP Terrassement and EGIS Projects (France) and Allied Irish Banks plc., and their corporate finance advisors in respect of the completion and submission of Expression of Interest documents for the Limerick Toll Road and Tunnel PPP project with the National Roads Authority of Ireland.
