Recent transactions including acting for consultant hospital doctors in relation to the establishment of a joint venture private accident and emergency centre in Dublin, acquisition of multiple sites, particularly in the leisure retail area, for restaurant chains such as Ely Wine Bar, Mao Restaurant, O'Brien Sandwich Bars and Munchies Sandwich Bars as well as commercial and retail operations such as the Reid Furniture Group, Carphone Warehouse and Homestore & More.
