The Insurance Group has an expanding Professional Indemnity practice advising insurers on a broad spectrum of professionals, which includes solicitors, accountants, architects, engineers, project managers and insurance brokers. The primary objective of the team is to resolve problems at an early stage avoiding the need for lengthy and expensive litigation.  The team works closely with insurers and the insured to achieve this.

Our recent experience includes:

• advising insurers on property related claims against solicitors.
• advising insurers on construction claims against structural and civil engineers.
• advising insurers on complicated tax claims against accountants.
• acting for Investment Intermediaries on complaints before the Financial Services Ombudsman.
