The Financial Regulator is committed to carrying out inspections, both themed and one off, on those insurance companies which it regulates so as to ensure such organisations have the necessary procedures and practices in place to satisfy the relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
If your organisation is subject to an inspection, the Insurance Group can assist you either in advance of such an inspection by reviewing existing procedures and arrangements in preparation for the inspection or post inspection by co-ordinating the response to the Financial Regulator and addressing any recommendations made by the Financial Regulator arising out of the inspection.
