PROFILE: Karen joined Dillon Eustace in 1999 and has been a partner since 2005. Karen acts for a wide range of Irish and international financial institutions in relation to the establishment and regulation of investment funds and other investment products. Karen also advises on banking and finance transactions with a particular emphasis on regulatory and compliance issues.

REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS:

Advises investors, promoters, fund managers and investment banks on the establishment, structuring, financing, public and private distribution and ongoing operation of traditional and alternative investment funds including UCITS, hedge funds and funds of funds.
Advises on a broad range of financing transactions, lending transactions, syndicated loans and debt restructuring.
