In August 2009 Dillon Eustace advised management in the buy-out of the Irish online financial spread betting operation of Worldspreads Group plc. Worldspreads Group plc is dual listed on the AIM and IEX exchanges and is regulated by the Financial Regulator and the FSA. The team at Dillon Eustace, including Mark Thorne, Paul Moloney, Keith Smyth, and Brian Kelliher advised on all commercial, regulatory and listing matters that arose in this very complex MBO and associated fund raising.
