Annual Litigation Forum Multi-Jurisdictional Disputes: The View from inside the Corporation

The conference will include a range of discussions and debates on topics such as how to enforce judgments around the world and the extraterritorial reach of domestic law in cross-border litigation.

The IBA Investment Funds Committee presents the 23rd Annual Conference on

the Globalisation of Investment Funds this coming June. The event will be held in Boston, USA between 10th and 13th June, 2012.

The conference will include a range of discussions and debates on topics such as the changing accounting environment and the future of UCITS/ UCITS V. There will also be a variety of presentations, including talks on the new paradigm of funds regulations and global corporate governance issues for investment funds.

Dillon Eustace’s David Dillon will co-chair the conference.

MENA Fund Manager Operational Leaders’ Summit

The MENA Fund Manager Operational Leaders’ Summit takes place this May at the Bab Al Shams Desert Resort and Spa, Dubai.

A carefully selected group of Chief Operating Officers from within each of the leading fund management/ investment banking firms from across the United Arab Emirates will be hand picked and invited to attend and provided with two days of high end content. Attendance is strictly by invite only.

The content of the Summit will be dictated by fund managers themselves. The agenda so far contains presentations on structuring, regulation and risk management with many more topics to be organised over the coming weeks.

We are pleased to announce that Dillon Eustace’s Brian Dillon will be among the legal experts speaking at the event.

Alternative UCITS 2012

IIR is hosting its inaugural IIR’s Alternative UCITS 2012 conference in London this coming May. Funds have attracted inflows by capitalising on a relaxing of restrictions allowing more alternative UCITS strategies. IIR’s Alternative UCITS will seek to provide attendees with an update on commercial strategies and future regulatory changes.

Dillon Eustace’s Brian Kelliher will be among the fund industry experts speaking at the event.
