We all work hard but we strive to make sure that we all work hard together. Supporting an “open-door” policy, regular internal practice area and team meetings. We generate a lot of interaction between our staff at all levels and social activities play an important role in making Dillon Eustace an enjoyable place to work. These include:

inter-office soccer team
tag-rugby team
internal office tennis league and tag rugby
regular communal lunches
ice-cream Fridays
other regular social events, including wine-tasting, Greyhound Racing, pubquizzes and concerts
annual Summer BBQ

We also have a monthly internal DE newsletter which is run by an active editorial team covering restaurant and film reviews, profiles on staff members, new hires, travel logs and many more areas of general interest.
